Submission Checklist

Films must be original submissions.

Required film lengths are as follows:

• shorts must be 30 minutes or less;

• animated films must be 60 minutes or less;

• documentaries must be less than 90 minutes.

• Features must be less than 90 minutes.

All submissions for preview must be in DVD format.

• If accepted for exhibition, the final copy must be submitted on DVD.

• Any foreign language films must have English subtitles or be dubbed in English.

• All DVDs and other materials become the property of the Boston Bike Film Festival and will not be returned.

• Payment must be sent in the form of a personal check, company check, or money order.

• Works-in-progress will not be considered.

• If accepted for submission, we ask that filmmakers be available on October 23, 2015 in Arlington, MA for Q&A sessions following their respective films.

• DVD must be accompanied by the submission form, a signed release form, and non-refundable payment.

• All films must be postmarked by September 1, 2015. No exceptions will be made.

• Early bird submissions - postmarked by Aug 1st: $15.00 Regular submissions: Aug 2nd-Sept 1st: $20.00 All submissions must be postmarked by September 1, 2015.

• Payment should be made out to: Boston Bike Film Festival

• Don't forget to include a completed and signed:
